We will keep your computers running properly and if they do go wrong we will try and fix them quickly and efficiently. You can call us anytime (within working hours) and get help with any kind of computer problem. We will try to solve most problems by telephone or by remote access (broadband connection required), but if necessary (or at the customers request we will send an engineer to try and resolve the problem on site or arrange to take the computer back to our service center to complete repairs.
